About SENS

Thanks so much for your interest in repping SENS — it genuinely means a lot.

We started SENS to build paddles for players who care deeply about the game, and we built our ambassador program for the same reason. Our ambassadors aren't just people who post photos with our paddles — they're the players, coaches, and community builders who shape how the game gets played in their corner of the world. We'd love to find more of them.

Who we're looking for

There's no perfect mold for a SENS ambassador, but the people who tend to thrive in the program share a few things in common:

You love the game. Whether you're a 4.5+ tournament player, a coach, a club organizer, or a creator who lives and breathes pickleball, what matters most is that you're genuinely passionate about the sport and the community around it.

You're plugged into your community. Maybe you run clinics, host ladder nights, organize tournaments, or are simply the person at your club everyone asks for paddle recommendations. If your voice carries weight with players around you, we want to hear from you.

You believe in the product. We never want our ambassadors to post about gear they don't actually love. That's why our first step is always getting a RADii into your hands — once you've played with it, the rest tends to take care of itself.

You're in it for the long haul. SENS is just getting started, and we're looking for people who want to grow alongside us, not just collect a discount code.

The SENS Performance Collective

Our ambassador program has two tiers, designed to reward people as they grow with the brand.

Every ambassador gets 50% off paddles, 50% off apparel, a personal discount code to share with their community, and a 10% commission on every sale that comes through their code.

Our top tier — the SENS Performance Collective — is for ambassadors who are making a real impact on the brand and the community. Collective members get expanded paddle and apparel allocations, early access to new releases, and additional opportunities to partner with us as we grow.

We grow the roster thoughtfully because we'd rather have a tight group of people who truly believe in SENS than a long list of names. If that sounds like the kind of program you'd want to be part of, we'd love to hear from you.

We review every application personally and aim to get back to you within two weeks. Even if it's not the right time for us to bring you on, we'll let you know — and we'll keep your application on file for the future. The pickleball world is small, and we believe in keeping the door open.
