1. Returns

 

Eligibility

· Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

· Returns must be made by the original purchaser and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

1.        Email our support team at info@senspickleball.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.        Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

3.        After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

· We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

2. How to initiate an Exchange

· Email our support team at info@senspickleball.com with your order number and reason for exchange. 

· Once we receive your returned paddle, your replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days. (Limited to 1 exchange per customer.)
