When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is generally 3–7 business days after processing, and tracking is emailed when the order ships. Expedited options are shown at checkout.
What is the return policy?
SENS accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Email info@senspickleball.com with your order number to begin. Approved returns include a prepaid shipping label, and refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
Are SENS paddles approved for tournament play?
Approval varies by model, so check the approval status shown on each product page. The RADii 700 is USA Pickleball Approved for sanctioned competition.
How do I choose the right paddle shape?
Elongated shapes generally favor reach, leverage, and two-handed backhands. Wider shapes generally favor a larger hitting area and faster hand speed. Choose the shape that best matches how you create offense and defend at the kitchen.
How should I care for my paddle?
Wipe the face gently with a clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth and let it air dry. Avoid harsh cleaners, prolonged moisture, and extreme temperatures such as a hot car.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
The availability shown beside the purchase controls is the current status. If SENS opens a preorder, the product page will clearly state that it is a preorder and provide an estimated shipping window before checkout. Otherwise, an unavailable product cannot be added to cart.
