Preorder terms +

Payment is collected in full at checkout. This preorder reserves a paddle from the launch allocation; it is not an item ready for immediate shipment.

To request cancellation before shipment, email info@senspickleball.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If timing changes, we will email the revised estimate and your cancellation or refund options.

For orders containing both preorder and in-stock items, items may ship together once the preorder is ready. Contact us before ordering if you need an in-stock item sooner. Carrier delivery estimates begin once your order ships. Holiday delivery depends on the final arrival date and carrier transit times.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?
We expect the ATRA 700 Widebody to arrive at SENS by December 15, 2026, and will ship your preorder as soon as the paddles arrive. We’ll email your tracking details when it’s on the way. Arrival timing is estimated and may shift with transit; we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
What is the return policy?
SENS accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Email info@senspickleball.com with your order number to begin. Approved returns include a prepaid shipping label, and refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
Are SENS paddles approved for tournament play?
Approval varies by model, so check the approval status shown on each product page. The ATRA 700 is UPA-A certified.
How do I choose the right paddle shape?
Elongated shapes generally favor reach, leverage, and two-handed backhands. Wider shapes generally favor a larger hitting area and faster hand speed. Choose the shape that best matches how you create offense and defend at the kitchen.
How should I care for my paddle?
Wipe the face gently with a clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth and let it air dry. Avoid harsh cleaners, prolonged moisture, and extreme temperatures such as a hot car.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
The availability shown beside the purchase controls is the current status. If SENS opens a preorder, the product page will clearly state that it is a preorder and provide an estimated shipping window before checkout. Otherwise, an unavailable product cannot be added to cart.
How are warranty questions handled?
Contact info@senspickleball.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. The SENS team will review the product and explain the available resolution.
